Materials

  • 12 Tablespoons Cream Cheese Reduced Fat or Fat Free (or Cottage Cheese)
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Teaspoons Light Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt Sea
  • ½ Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 5.3 Ounces Greek Yogurt Fat Free Plain
  • 1 Tablespoon Caramel
  • Graham Cracker *Optional

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients into a bowl aside from your Graham Crackers
  • Mix everything together until thick
  • Take out a couple smaller bowls and evenly crush up some Graham Crackers into them (this is to create a quick crust)
  • Pour your mix into them
  • Top them with some Caramel and Salt
