- 12 Tablespoons Cream Cheese Reduced Fat or Fat Free (or Cottage Cheese)
- 2 Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Teaspoons Light Brown Sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt Sea
- ½ Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 5.3 Ounces Greek Yogurt Fat Free Plain
- 1 Tablespoon Caramel
- Graham Cracker *Optional
Add all of your ingredients into a bowl aside from your Graham Crackers
Mix everything together until thick
Take out a couple smaller bowls and evenly crush up some Graham Crackers into them (this is to create a quick crust)
