Ingredients

  • 12 Tablespoons Cream Cheese180g Reduced Fat or Fat Free (or Cottage Cheese)
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder60g Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Teaspoons Light Brown Sugar12g
  • ¼ Teaspoon SaltSea
  • ½ Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 5.3 Ounces Greek Yogurt150g Fat Free Plain
  • 1 Tablespoon Caramel10g
  • Graham Cracker*Optional

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients into a bowl aside from your Graham Crackers
  • Mix everything together until thick
  • Take out a couple smaller bowls and evenly crush up some Graham Crackers into them (this is to create a quick crust)
  • Pour your mix into them
  • Top them with some Caramel and Salt

    my husband and I love your recipes and use them multiple times a week whether it be crokpot, oatmeal or the cheesecakes. One questions why don’t you talk anymore in your videos?

      Hi Lacey! Thanks for the support! Just trying to switch up the style a bit, I do it every so often. Eventually I’ll have a few styles I rotate so everyone is happy (I know some people prefer me speaking the ingredients).
