- 1 ½ Pounds Ground Beef 93/7 Lean (or Turkey)
- 2 Large Whole Eggs
- ¾ Cup Rolled Oats or Breads Crumbs/Wheat Germ
- 8 Tablespoons Salsa
- 4 Tablespoons Ketchup Low Sugar
- 6 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning Mix Low Sodium
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- ¾ Cup Mexican Cheese or Any Other Cheese
Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl
Mix everything together
Take out a muffin pan or some silicone cups and evenly distribute your mix into them
Bake on 350F/176C for 20-25 minutes
