- 1 Ounce Milk Substitute or Milk
- ¼ Cup Almond Flour or Peanut, Coconut, or Oat Flour
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Vanilla *Optional
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ Cup Pumpkin Puree
- ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- Chocolate Chips *Optional
