Materials

  • 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
  • 2.65 Ounces Greek Yogurt Fat Free Vanilla
  • ½ Serving Cake Mix Red Velvet
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2-4 Drops Red Food Coloring *Optional

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl and mix everything together
  • Cover your bowl/put your oatmeal into a jar or something with a cover
