- 1 Apple Red Delicious
- ½ Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Vanilla
- 2 Large Whole Eggs
- 1 Large Egg White
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Caramel Extract
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2.65 Ounces Greek Yogurt Fat Free Caramel Apple Pie (or Apple, Caramel, or Vanilla Greek Yogurt)
- ¾ Teaspoon Baking Powder
Take out and chop up your Apple
Microwave your Apple Pieces for 1 minutes
Combine all over your ingredients into either a food processor or blender
Process or blend everything together
