Materials

  • 1 Pound Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • ¾ Cup Sweetener
  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Syrup Sugar Free

Instructions

  • Cook your Sweet Potatoes and chop them up
  • Take out a bowl and add all of your ingredients into it
  • Mix everything together until smooth
  • Pour your mix into a pie dish
  • Bake your pie for 1 hour on 350F/176C
