- 1 English Muffin
- 1 Can Tuna Drained
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise Fat Free
- ¼ Teaspoon Oregano
- ¼ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- ¼ Cup Pasta Sauce
- ¼ Cup Mozzarella Cheese Reduced Fat
Drain your Tuna
