  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Chocolate
  • ½ Ounce Milk Substitute or Milk
  • ½ Tablespoon Chocolate Chips Sugar Free
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • ½ Banana

  • Mix everything together again
  • Microwave for 1 minute
  • Mix everything together one more time
