Ingredients
- 1 Large Whole Egg
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder - 30g Chocolate
- ½ Ounce Milk Substitute - or Milk
- ½ Tablespoon Chocolate Chips - 7.5g Sugar Free
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder - 10g
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce - 122g
- ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Pinch Salt
- ½ Banana
Instructions
- Take out a mug and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray
- Add all of your ingredients into it
- Mix everything together
- Microwave your mug for :30 seconds
- Mix everything together again
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Mix everything together one more time
- Microwave for another :30-1 minute

My favorite dessert is the cheesecake I make. It is high in calories so I have it for holidays.
I changed the recipe a bit to suit me, no banana, choclate chips or cocoa powder and I used vanilla protein powder instead. Even though I made a right mess of it, it tasted quite nice.
