Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats - 40g
  • ½ Cup Milk Substitute - or Milk (4 Ounces)
  • ¼ Cup Water - 2 Ounces
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder - 30g Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee
  • 1 Serving Instant Pudding - 8g Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal - 13g
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter - 12g Regular or Chocolate
  • Graham Cracker - Low Fat Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine your Milk, Rolled Oats, and Water into a microwavable safe bowl
  • Microwave your oatmeal for around 2 minutes
  • Add in the rest of your ingredients while still hot
  • Mix everything together
  • Top with a Graham Cracker and Ground Cinnamon
