Ingredients

  • 4 Cans Tuna
  • 1 Cup Celery - 120g
  • 1 Cup Yellow Onion - 150g
  • 2 Extra Large Whole Eggs
  • 10 ⅓ Ounces Cream of Mushroom - 305g 98% Fat Free
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning Mix - Lower Sodium
  • 8 Tablespoons Wheat Germ - 64g
  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats - 40g

Instructions

  • Drain your Tuna
  • Take out a large bowl and add your drained Tuna into it
  • Turn your Rolled Oats into Oat Flour by blending or processing them until they look like flour
  • Chop up your Celery and Yellow Onion
  • Add in your chopped Celery, Yellow Onion, Oat Flour, and the rest of your ingredients into the large bowl
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and shape your mix into burgers
  • Cook on 400F/204C for 10-12 minutes
