  • ½ Banana
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 1 Instant Pudding Sugar Free Fat Free Banana Cream
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
  • ½ Cup Blackberries

Instructions
