Materials

  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 ½ Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla or Chocolate
  • 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ Cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Extra Large Whole Eggs
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Syrup Sugar Free
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients into a food processor or blender
  • Process or blend everything together
  • Take out a baking sheet and coat it with non-stick cooking spray
  • Spoon your batter onto the baking sheet
  • Top them with whatever you want (I like White Chocolate Chips)
  • Bake them on 350F/176C for 10-15 minutes
