- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 2 ½ Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla or Chocolate
- 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 ½ Cups Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Extra Large Whole Eggs
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Syrup Sugar Free
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
Combine all of your ingredients into a food processor or blender
Process or blend everything together
Take out a baking sheet and coat it with non-stick cooking spray
Spoon your batter onto the baking sheet
Top them with whatever you want (I like White Chocolate Chips)
Bake them on 350F/176C for 10-15 minutes
