  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 4 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
  • 2 Ounces Water
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Vanilla
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree

Instructions
