Ingredients

  • 4 ½ Pounds Chicken Breast - 72 Ounces
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Red Onion - Chopped
  • 4 Cloves Garlic - or 2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Packet Italian Dressing Mix - 20g
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom - 10.5oz (298g) 98% Fat Free
  • ½ Cup Water - 4 Ounces
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese - 240g Fat Free
  • 1 ½ Cups Mushrooms - Baby Bella

Instructions

  • Cut your Chicken Breast in half
  • Add all of the ingredients into your slow cooker
  • Mix your ingredients together
  • Cook on Low for 6-8 hours (mix everything around occasionally)
