- 1 ¾ Cups Rolled Oats
- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 3 Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla or Chocolate
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
- 4 Large Egg Whites
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 Ounces Water
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- ¾ Cup Sweetener
- 10 Drops Liquid Sweetener
- 2 Teaspoons Red Food Coloring *Optional
Turn your Rolled Oats into flour by blending or processing them
Add and mix your dry ingredients together in one bowl
Add and mix your wet ingredients together in another bowl
Slowly combine your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients
Coat a cupcake pan or silicone cups with some non-stick cooking spray
Fill your cups ¾ of the way full
Bake them on 350F/176C for 15-20 minutes
