  • 2 Tablespoons Nut Butter Peanut, Cashew, Almond, etc
  • 13 g Honey or Brown Rice Syrup (Lower Sugar)
  • 28 g Greek Yogurt Mix and match your Greek Yogurt and Protein Powder
  • Chocolate Chips Optional
