Materials

Pizza Dough

  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt Plain Whole Milk (Look for High Protein)
  • ¾ Cup Self Rising Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil *Optional for crisp

Pizza Toppings

  • ¼ Cup Pizza Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Pizza Cheese
  • Pepperoni *Optional

Instructions

  • Mix together all of your Pizza Dough ingredients until it starts to clump up
  • Use your hands once it clumps up (it shouldn't be sticky) to thoroughly combine everything by kneading it
  • Let your dough rest for a few minutes
  • Put your dough onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper and press or roll it out into your pizza shape (make it or thin)
  • Bake your dough on 450F/232C for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned
  • Add your Pizza Toppings on starting with your Pizza Sauce then your Pizza Cheese and optional Pepperoni
  • Put it back into the oven on 450F/232C for around 10-12 minutes

*Garlic or onion powder, oregano, basil, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper are all ways you can add some new flavor to your dough.
