Pizza Dough
- ½ Cup Greek Yogurt Plain Whole Milk (Look for High Protein)
- ¾ Cup Self Rising Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil *Optional for crisp
Pizza Toppings
- ¼ Cup Pizza Sauce
- ¼ Cup Pizza Cheese
- Pepperoni *Optional
Mix together all of your Pizza Dough ingredients aside from your Olive Oil until it starts to clump up
Use your hands once it clumps up (it shouldn't be sticky) to thoroughly combine everything by kneading it
Let your dough rest for a few minutes
Put your dough onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper and press or roll it out into your pizza shape (make it thick or thin)
Optionally brush your Olive Oil onto your dough if you want it crispier
Bake your dough on 450F/232C for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned
Add your Pizza Toppings on starting with your Pizza Sauce then your Pizza Cheese and optional Pepperoni
Put it back into the oven on 450F/232C for around 10-12 minutes
*Garlic or onion powder, oregano, basil, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper are all ways you can add some new flavor to your dough.
