- 1 ½ Cups Cottage Cheese Fat Free, Reduced Fat, or Full Fat is up to you and your macros
- 3 Ounces Buffalo Sauce Low Sodium Preferred
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning Mix Low Sodium Preferred
- ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese or Other Cheese (Make sure it compliments the Buffalo)
- 10 Ounces Chicken *Cooked (Rotisserie and Canned work great!)
Process or blend your Cottage Cheese, Buffalo Sauce, and Ranch Seasoning Mix together until smooth
Mix in your Cheddar Cheese and Chicken (shred or chop it up)
Microwave Instructions (Fastest!)
Pour your mix into a microwave safe dish
Microwave for :45 seconds
Mix everything around
Repeat until your mix is hot enough for you
Oven Instructions
Coat an oven safe dish or pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour your mix in
Optionally top it with some additional Cheddar Cheese
Bake it on 350F/176C for around 30-35 minutes or until your edges start to brown
Air Fryer Instructions
Coat an air fryer safe dish or pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour your mix in
Optionally top it with some additional Cheddar Cheese
Cover your dish or pan with foil
Air Fry it on 325F/162C for around 15 minutes
Remove your foil and let it air fry for an additional 3-5 or until your see some browning
