- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- ½ Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 Large Egg Whites
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 2 Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Rice Syrup or Honey
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder *Optional
Frosting
- 5.3 Ounces Greek Yogurt Fat Free Vanilla
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Vanilla
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Cupcakes
Add all of your cupcake ingredients into either a food processor or blender
Process or blend everything together
Take out a cupcake pan or silicone cups and pour your mix in
Bake on 350F/176C for 20-25 minutes
Combine and mix together all of your frosting ingredients
Frost your cupcakes once they cool
