Materials

  • 8 Large Whole Eggs
  • 2 Ounces Milk or Milk Substitute
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese Fat Free, Low Fat, or Full Fat
  • ½ Cup Cheese Shredded (I like Colby Jack!)
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Seasoning or Other Seasoning
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • Spinach or Other Vegetable
  • Bell Pepper or Other Vegetable

Instructions

  • Optionally blend or process your Cottage Cheese (not needed)
  • Add all your ingredients into a mixing bowl
  • Mix everything together until combined
  • Coat a 9x9 pan or baking dish with cooking spray
  • Pour your mix in and top it with whatever you want (Chives!)
  • Put it into the oven on 350F/176C for around 25-30 minutes
  • Remove it from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and cut your servings
