- ½ Cup Cottage Cheese Full, Reduced, or Fat Free
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Chocolate
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Sweetener
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1-2 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
Add all of your ingredients into either a blender or food processor
Blend or process until smooth (add more Milk if your mix is too thick)
Optionally coat a microwave safe dish with cooking spray (if you want to remove it)
