Materials

  • 12 Ounces Edamame Shelled (Fresh, Canned, or Frozen)

Everything Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Everything Seasoning
  • ½ Teaspoon Paprika Smoked

Savory Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil Toasted
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Spicy Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil
  • ¾ Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder *Optional
  • ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder *Optional

Zesty Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice or Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Tajin Seasoning

Ranch Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Ranch Seasoning Mix

Buffalo Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Buffalo Sauce
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder *Optional

Dessert Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetener
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt Sea

Instructions

  • If frozen, thaw your Edamame by running it under warm water for a couple minutes
  • Place a paper towel into a mixing bowl and dump in your Edamame
  • Do your best to completely dry your Edamame
  • Remove your paper towel
  • Add in your Oil and the rest of your seasoning ingredients (whichever one you choose)
  • Mix everything around until your Edamame is fully coated
  • Dump your coated Edamame onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or your air fryer basket
  • Put it into either the oven on 425F/218C for 20-25 minutes or your air fryer on 375F/190C for 10-12 minutes
  • Remove your Edamame once it looks toasted and crispy
  • Let it cool for maximum crispiness!
