Materials

  • 3 Large Whole Eggs
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Sweetener
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt Use a high protein one!
  • ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2-1 Scoop Protein Powder *Optional

Instructions

  • Mix, blend, or process all of your ingredients together until smooth
  • Choose a pan (regular or nonstick)
  • You can make this in a bread pan, cake pan, muffin pan, and so on
  • If you're not using a non-stick pan, line your pan with parchment paper or coat it with cooking spray
  • Pour in your mix and top it with whatever you want, if anything
  • Bake it on 350F/176C for around 30-35 minutes depending on what you're using
