- 3 Large Whole Eggs
- 1-2 Tablespoons Sweetener
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt Use a high protein one!
- ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
- ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2-1 Scoop Protein Powder *Optional
Mix, blend, or process all of your ingredients together until smooth
Choose a pan (regular or nonstick)
You can make this in a bread pan, cake pan, muffin pan, and so on
If you're not using a non-stick pan, line your pan with parchment paper or coat it with cooking spray
Pour in your mix and top it with whatever you want, if anything
Bake it on 350F/176C for around 30-35 minutes depending on what you're using
