Materials

  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese Full, Reduced, or Fat Free all work great
  • 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning Mix Low Sodium
  • ½ Cup Cheese Cheddar or Colby Jack are my favorite!
  • Water *Only if you want to thin your queso out

Instructions

  • Add your Cottage Cheese and Taco Seasoning Mix into either a food processor or blender
  • Process or blend until smooth/creamy
  • Mix in your Cheese

Microwave

  • To make it in the microwave, add your mix into a microwave safe bowl
  • Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes while mixing everything around every :20-:30 seconds so that it heats up evenly

Stovetop

  • To make it on the stovetop you'll want to keep it moving in a pan over low heat until warm
