Materials

  • 2 Medium Banana Riper the better!
  • 2 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk (Look for higher protein)
  • 2 Tablespoons Nut Butter
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Vanilla or Chocolate
  • ¼ Teaspoon Xanthan Gum *Optional to help guarantee texture
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder *Optional for a chocolate variation

Instructions

  • Peel and cut your Bananas up into slivers
  • Put them into a freezer safe container and freeze them until frozen
  • Add your frozen slivers and the rest of your ingredients into either a food processor or blender
  • A mixing bowl with good hand blender will work great too!
  • Process or blend until your ice cream is smooth, scraping down the sides as needed
  • Eat it as-is if you like softer ice cream, or freeze it for 20-30 minutes until you reach your desired consistency
