- 3 Pieces Bread Your Choice
- ½ Cup Greek Yogurt Use a high protein one!
- ½ Cup Milk or Milk Substitute
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- 2 Large Whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Syrup Light/Sugar Free
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ Tablespoon Butter Oil, or Cooking Spray (less calories)
Chop up your Bread into small pieces (9 pieces per slice is good)
Mix together your Greek Yogurt, Milk, and Protein Powder until smooth
Mix in the rest of your ingredients until smooth aside from your Butter
Dump your pieces of Bread into your mix and move them around to soak up your mix
Add some Butter, Oil, or Cooking Spray onto a pan or griddle over medium heat
Place your pieces onto your pan or griddle once it heats up making them however big you want
Let each side cook for around 2-3 minutes
Repeat until your mix is gone
