Materials

  • 3 Pieces Bread Your Choice
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt Use a high protein one!
  • ½ Cup Milk or Milk Substitute
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Syrup Light/Sugar Free
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Tablespoon Butter Oil, or Cooking Spray (less calories)

Instructions

  • Chop up your Bread into small pieces (9 pieces per slice is good)
  • Mix together your Greek Yogurt, Milk, and Protein Powder until smooth
  • Mix in the rest of your ingredients until smooth aside from your Butter
  • Dump your pieces of Bread into your mix and move them around to soak up your mix
  • Add some Butter, Oil, or Cooking Spray onto a pan or griddle over medium heat
  • Place your pieces onto your pan or griddle once it heats up making them however big you want
  • Let each side cook for around 2-3 minutes
  • Repeat until your mix is gone
