- ½ Cup Pancake Mix Make sure it's a "Just Add Water" one!
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Use your favorite flavor
- 3-4 Ounces Milk or Milk Substitute
Add all of your ingredients into either a mixing bowl or optionally coated microwave safe bowl (easiest)
Mix everything together
Coat your microwave safe bowl with cooking spray if you used a mixing bowl (optional)
Pour in your mix
Mix everything together (add more milk as needed if you mix isn't "smooth")
Add in whatever you want
Microwave your bowl for 1 minute (it may take more or less time depending on how powerful your microwave is so keep an eye on it)
