Materials

  • ½ Cup Pancake Mix Make sure it's a "Just Add Water" one!
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Use your favorite flavor
  • 3-4 Ounces Milk or Milk Substitute

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients into either a mixing bowl or optionally coated microwave safe bowl (easiest)
  • Mix everything together
  • Coat your microwave safe bowl with cooking spray if you used a mixing bowl (optional)
  • Pour in your mix
  • Mix everything together (add more milk as needed if you mix isn't "smooth")
  • Add in whatever you want
  • Microwave your bowl for 1 minute (it may take more or less time depending on how powerful your microwave is so keep an eye on it)
  • Too dry? Drop your time!
