- 2 Large Whole Eggs
- 1 Large Egg White
- 1 Banana - Ripe
- 2 Scoops Protein Powder - Your choice flavor
- ¼ Teaspoon Xanthan Gum
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Mix everything together until smooth while mashing in your Banana (using a fork works best)
Take out a stovetop pan, turn your burner on medium heat, and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray
Pour your mix in and cook each side for around 2 minutes

Top them with sugar free syrup, nuts, yogurt, or anything else you want!
