Ingredients

Chocolate Protein Ice Cream

  • 1 ½ Cups Ice
  • 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder - Chocolate
  • 1-2 Ounces Milk - or Milk Substitute
  • 3 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites - Pasteurized
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

Vanilla Protein Ice Cream

  • 1 ½-2 Cups Ice
  • 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder - Vanilla
  • 1-2 Ounces Milk - or Milk Substitute
  • 3 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites - Pasteurized
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon - *Optional

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients into a blender that can crush ice
  • Blend until smooth (you may need to stir it a few times and keep blending OR add a bit more liquid in if it’s not blending at all)
