Chocolate & Vanilla PROTEIN Ice Cream Recipe

Chocolate & Vanilla Protein Ice Cream Recipe
Written by Derek Howes

HEY! It’s still summer so protein ice cream is happening TODAY! There’s not much summer left so lets make this recipe quick!

Start with a blender that can crush ice. If yours can’t crush ice, here’s a good cheap one that can. Now for vanilla ice cream you’re gonna add in 1 1/2 cups to 2 cups of ice, 1 scoop of a vanilla Labrada protein powder, 1-2 ounces of either almond milk, regular milk, or a flavored RTD (which will make this recipe even more delicious), 3 tablespoons of some liquid egg whites, and a little optional ground cinnamon. Blend until smooth, top it with whatever you want, and then enjoy!

Now we all don’t like vanilla ice cream so lets make a quick chocolate variation. Same amount of ice as before, chocolate protein powder instead of vanilla, your choice milk or milk substitute, liquid egg whites, and now instead of cinnamon add in 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Blend it up until smooth.

If your blender sounds like it’s not doing anything, either stir your ingredients around a bit and continue blending OR add in a little bit more liquid. It should take around :30 seconds total!

So there you guys go…quick protein ice cream with only a couple ingredients. Yes, it’s actually good as long as you blend it enough and use a good tasting protein powder. The best part? The macros!
