  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Flour
  • 4 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder - Your choice flavor
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Sweetener
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ Ounces Heavy Cream
  • 3 Ounces Cream Cheese - Full, Reduced, or Fat Free (I used Reduced)
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt


  • Mix all of your ingredients together until smooth
  • Coat a mini-muffin or cupcake pan with some non-stick cooking spray and pour your mix in (the more you fill them, the bigger your bites will be)
  • Add some toppings on like chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc
  • Bake them on 350F/176C for 10-15 minutes



Add your toppings into your mix instead of on top!
