Ingredients

  • ½ Tablespoon Butter - Melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour - 14g
  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • ½ Scoop Protein Powder - 15g
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Cup Milk - or Milk Substitute (2 Ounces)
  • 1 Teaspoon Sweetener
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter - 16g

Instructions

  • Take out a bowl or mug and add all of your ingredients into it
  • Mix everything together until the clumps are gone
  • Push your Peanut Butter into the center of your donut (using your finger works best)
  • Microwave for around a minute depending on how powerful your microwave is
