- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder Chocolate
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet
- ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ Banana
Filling
- ½ Cup Cottage Cheese Fat Free
