Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef - or Ground Turkey (16 Ounces Lean)
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats - 80g
  • 2 Large Whole Eggs - or 4 Large Egg Whites
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese - 60g Shredded
  • ½ Cup Pizza Sauce - or Pasta Sauce (122g)

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients into a bowl aside from half of your Parmesan Cheese and Sauce
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out a pan for your meatloaf and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray
  • Evenly distribute your other half of Parmesan Cheese and Sauce on top
  • Bake on 375F/190C for 25-30 minutes
