- 1 Pound Ground Beef or Ground Turkey (Lean)
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 Large Whole Eggs or 4 Large Egg Whites
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded
- ½ Cup Pizza Sauce or Pasta Sauce
Add all of your ingredients into a bowl aside from half of your Parmesan Cheese and Sauce
Mix everything together
Take out a pan for your meatloaf and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray
Evenly distribute your other half of Parmesan Cheese and Sauce on top
Bake on 375F/190C for 25-30 minutes
