Materials

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef or Ground Turkey (Lean)
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Large Whole Eggs or 4 Large Egg Whites
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • ½ Cup Pizza Sauce or Pasta Sauce

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients into a bowl aside from half of your Parmesan Cheese and Sauce
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out a pan for your meatloaf and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray
  • Evenly distribute your other half of Parmesan Cheese and Sauce on top
  • Bake on 375F/190C for 25-30 minutes
