Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Pounds Ground Beef - 93/7 Lean (or Turkey)
  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • ¾ Cup Rolled Oats - or Breads Crumbs/Wheat Germ
  • 8 Tablespoons Salsa
  • 4 Tablespoons Ketchup - Low Sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning Mix - Low Sodium
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ¾ Cup Mexican Cheese - or Any Other Cheese

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out a muffin pan or some silicone cups and evenly distribute your mix into them
  • Bake on 350F/176C for 20-25 minutes
