Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Cottage Cheese - Fat Free
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder - Vanilla
  • 1 Ounce Milk Substitute - or Milk
  • Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter - or Any Other Nut Butter
