Are you ready to save your diet and beat your cookie cravings in under a minute? This Cookie Protein Pudding recipe is low in carbs, packed with flavor, super easy to make, and guaranteed to take the edge off!

Start this quick protein pudding recipe out with a bowl and something to mix all of your ingredients with.

Add right into your bowl 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1 scoop of a vanilla protein powder, 1/8 cup of almond flour, 1 teaspoon of light brown sugar, 1 ounce of milk substitute, 1/4 teaspoon of butter extract, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate chips.

You can easily change up the flavor of your cookie protein pudding by changing up the flavor of your protein powder. Want a chocolate pudding taste? Use a chocolate protein powder.

You can also use cream cheese instead of cottage cheese here for more of a cheesecake like texture.

Mix everything together until smooth (you shouldn’t be able to see your cottage cheese). I use a hand mixer for this but a blender or food processor would work great too. If you don’t have access to any of these, pressing down with a fork while mixing will help mix in your cottage cheese curds better.

If you are using a blender or food processor, add your chocolate chips in after you blend or process.

Portion your cookie protein pudding out into however many servings you want and top your serving with your favorite healthy crushed up cookie.

You could optional put your pudding in the fridge or freeze for 20-30 minutes if you ant it to thicken up even more!
