2CansTuna - Drained
2.65OuncesGreek Yogurt - Fat Free Plain or Cottage Cheese/Mayonnaise
½TeaspoonItalian Seasoning
½TeaspoonLemon Juice
½CupCheddar Cheese - Reduced Fat (or Any Other Cheese)
½Avocado
1PinchBlack Pepper
Lettuce
Instructions
Add all of your ingredients into a bowl
Mix everything together until the Avocado is mashed in (use the back of a fork to mash it easier)
Take out a piece of lettuce, put some of your mix into it, and wrap it up
