- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour or Oat Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter or Any Other Nut Butter
