  • 2 Large Egg Whites
  • 1 Ounce Milk Substitute - or Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Bacon Bits
  • 1 Tablespoon Salsa
  • Cup Cheddar Cheese - Reduced Fat (or Any Other Cheese)
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
