  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2.65 Ounces Greek Yogurt Fat Free Vanilla
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour or Oat Flour
  • 4 ½ Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites or 1 ½ Large Egg Whites
  • ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder Chocolate
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder 10g

Instructions

  • Take out a mug and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray
  • Add all of your ingredients into it
  • Mix everything together
  • Microwave your mug for :30 seconds
  • Mix everything together again
  • Microwave for an additional :90 seconds
