- 2 Tablespoons Nutella - 37g
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2.65 Ounces Greek Yogurt - 75g Fat Free Vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour - 21g (or Oat Flour)
- 4 ½ Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites - 69g (or 1 ½ Large Egg Whites)
- ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- ⅛ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder - 30g Chocolate
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder - 10g
Instructions
- Take out a mug and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray

- Mix everything together
