Ingredients

  • 4 ½ Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites - 69g (or 1 ½ Large Egg Whites)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2.65 Ounces Greek Yogurt - 75g Fat Free Blueberry
  • ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour - 21g (or Oat Flour)
  • ½ Tablespoon Honey - 10.5g
  • Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder - 30g Vanilla

Instructions

  • Take out a mug and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray
  • Add all of your ingredients into it
  • Mix everything together
  • Microwave your mug for :30 seconds
  • Mix everything together again
  • Microwave for an additional 1 minute
