Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites - 46g Pasteurized
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder - 30g Chocolate
  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats - 40g
  • ½ Cup Cottage Cheese - 116g Fat Free
  • ¼ Cup Milk Substitute - or Milk (2 Ounces)
  • 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder - 10g
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter - 17g Chocolate

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients into either a food processor or blender
  • Process/blend everything together
