- 2 Large Whole Eggs
- ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic or 2 Cloves
- 2 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce
- 1 Pound Ground Beef 93/7 Lean (or Turkey)
- ½ Cup Rolled Oats
- ⅔ Cup Bread Crumbs Whole Wheat
- ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese Reduced Fat Sharp
- 7 Tablespoons Bacon Bits
