Ingredients

  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • ½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlicor 2 Cloves
  • 2 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce36g
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef16 Ounces 93/7 Lean (or Turkey)
  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats40g
  • Cup Bread Crumbs60g Whole Wheat
  • ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese56g Reduced Fat Sharp
  • 7 Tablespoons Bacon Bits35g

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients into a bowl
  • Mix everything together
  • Take out a baking sheet, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and shape your mix into football shapes
  • Deflate them by pushing your thumb down into the middle of each one
  • Bake on 375F/190C for 20-25 minutes

    Woo!! Go Pats!! Awesome recipe and awesome video!!! As a Pats fan, I groaned when I saw the title for this recipe! I didn’t want my favorite youtube chef to be one of the haters! Thankfully, I watched the video, and I was clapping at the end! GO PATS! Love the “throwing out the club” reference LOL.
