Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats - 40g
  • 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder - 45g Vanilla
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal - 13g
  • ¾ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Milk Substitute - or Milk (8 Ounces)
  • 1 Large Whole Egg

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients into a blender or food processor
  • Blend/process everything together
  • Take out a Mini Waffle Pan, turn your burner on Medium Heat, and coat your pan with some non-stick cooking spray
  • Pour your mix in and cook each side of your waffles for 1-2 minutes
