- ½ Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
- ¾ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 8 Ounces Milk Substitute or Milk
- 1 Large Whole Egg
Combine all of your ingredients into a blender or food processor
Blend/process everything together
